Children's birthday venues in Tbilisi: indoor options

As a mother of a winter child, I found out relatively soon that Tbilisi has a number of well-known indoor venues for children’s birthday parties. Many of them follow a nightclub-style format: dark rooms, laser lights, loud music, staged shows and animators. These places are extremely popular (or, at least, parents find it convenient).
At the same time, there’s been a light shift towards calmer, more balanced spaces - places with free play, softer light and sound, age-appropriate programmes, and less pressure for kids to “perform”.
Below is a curated list of indoor kids’ birthday venues in Tbilisi that I know personally: either because I attended events there or celebrated my older son’s birthday there myself.
I haven’t included venues I don’t know well. There are more places in the city, but this article is based on personal experience, not advertising.
Askinkila
Neighbourhood: Dighomi
Age group: 1–99 (yes, adults celebrate here too)
Programmes: Circus, Paddington, Football, Superheroes, TikTok, Disco, Askinkila Special, Magic Show, Bubble Show
Average prices: from 700 GEL
Short description: Askinkila is one of the most versatile birthday venues in Tbilisi. The space is beautiful, the costumes are genuinely impressive, and the actors are professionally trained. Programmes feel well-structured rather than chaotic, which makes the venue suitable for toddlers, school-age kids and even adults.
Kokito's Space
Neighbourhood: Old Tbilisi
Location: Bazari, 2nd floor
Age group: toddlers
Programmes: calm Montessori-inspired activities + animation
Average prices: from 620 GEL
Short description: Kokito Toys is a calm, well-managed play space. I celebrated my son’s 3rd birthday here and it felt just right. We brought our own cake, the team decorated the space and took great care of the kids. I skipped animation because my son was scared of giant dolls at that age. Prices used to be lower, but the space has expanded and remains a solid option for quieter birthdays.
Miniazone
Neighbourhood: Saburtalo
Age group: 2 to 99
Programmes: Remote-controlled cars and trucks, animation, food
Average prices: from 500 GEL
Short description: Miniazone focuses on play rather than spectacle. Kids drive remote-controlled cars and trucks, play with animators, and eat together afterwards. We've booked it for my son’s 4th birthday — he loves cars, dislikes loud music and flashing lights, and this format suits him well. The youngest kids who can't use the remotes can play in the sand and join the older siblings at the table afterwards.

Gymnasia Sports Club
Neighbourhood: Saburtalo, Lisi
Age group: preschool to teens (programme-dependent)
Programmes: Football, Squid Game, Minecraft, Science Show, Harry Potter
Average prices: from 1200 GEL
Short description: Gymnasia is built around movement, teamwork and structured physical play. Birthday programmes are energetic and well-supervised, making them a strong choice for kids who need to move rather than sit. The focus is on activity rather than décor. Outdoor parties are available in summer.

Ninja Sports Academy (Ninja Gym)
Neighbourhood: Saburtalo
Age group: 3–5 (shorter program), 5+ (longer program)
Programmes: Spider-Man Experience, Treasure Hunt (pirate theme), Jungle Adventure (ages 3–5)
Average prices: up to 10 children: 1100 GEL +50 GEL per extra child.
Short description: Ninja Sports Academy offers movement-based birthday parties built around obstacle courses, teamwork and physical challenges. Packages include the programme, party space, food and drinks, and a calm-down zone after activities. A good option if you’re looking for activity first, decorations second.
Gino Aquapark
Neighbourhood: Tbilisi Sea (Varketili side)
Age group: Confident swimmers (best suited for school-age kids)
Programmes: Water-themed birthday parties (pirates, water games)
Average prices: from 889 GEL
After the birthday programme, guests can stay in the aquapark for the rest of the day.
Bonuses:
The birthday child attends free of charge
A gift aquapark voucher for two people
Short description: Gino Aquapark is a strong option for kids who enjoy water and are confident swimmers. The format is energetic and a bit too loud for me, but the clear bonus is that children can continue using the aquapark for the rest of the day. I’m personally considering it for my son’s 5th birthday, when he’ll be more comfortable in the water.
Tamashobana
Neighbourhood: Vake
Age group: 1–99 (with clearly separated age categories)
Programmes: Paddington, Willy Wonka, STEM Wizards, Disco, and many others. They also have their own theatre spaces with in-house plays.
Average prices: from 800 GEL (ages 0–3), 1150+ GEL (ages 4–6).
Short description: Tamashobana is one of the most carefully designed kids’ spaces in Tbilisi. The variety of programmes is huge, and they’re genuinely age-appropriate. Toddlers are not overwhelmed by loud music or flashing lights, which often happens in nightclub-style venues.

Kids Arena (Arena 1)
Neighbourhood: Saburtalo
Age group: preschoolers to teenagers
Programmes: Princesses, Football, Oscars Awards, Superheroes, Disney, Ratatouille, Fun Science, Stitch
Average prices: from 600 GEL
Short description: Kids Arena is located inside a sports centre and built around a large common play area with balloons and climbing equipment. Several themed zones are arranged around it. There are also two light, minimalistic food areas with swings — a detail kids really enjoy. A good balance between activity and comfort.
ABC Land
Neighbourhood: Saburtalo
Age group: preschoolers to teenagers
Programmes: Disney, Harry Potter, Barbie, Marvel, Princesses, K-Pop, TikTok, Circus, Paw Patrol, Stitch, Wednesday
Average prices: from 390 GEL for the simplest program
Short description: ABC Land is one of the most popular children’s birthday venues in the city. It offers a wide range of familiar themes and classic party formats, which is exactly why many families choose it repeatedly. It is a nightclub-style venue indeed, so if your child is sensitive, think twice.
Dejavino & Oompa-Loompa
Neighbourhood: Dejavino - Vake & Oompa-Loompa - Saburtalo
Location: Dejavino, Oompa-Loompa
Age group: preschoolers to teenagers
Programmes: Princesses, Superheroes, Stitch, Sonic, Unicorns, cooking classes
Average prices: 800 GEL+
Short description: These two venues are run by the same team and are very similar in format and atmosphere. They are classic nightclub-style birthday centres: dark rooms, laser lights, loud music, shared play areas with giant slides and climbing structures. They’re popular — but I wouldn’t recommend them for very young children.
Entertainment Centres in Shopping Malls
Magic City, Ria-Ria, Focus Mocus
Locations:
Magic City - City Mall Saburtalo
Ria-Ria - Galleria Tbilisi
Focus Mokus - East Point
Age group: toddlers to teens (depending on zone)
Programmes: Entertainment programmes available on request
Average prices: entrance to the toddler area can start from 10 GEL/kid, but the programs really vary, so count on 800 GEL+, as almost everywhere.
Short description: These places are essentially Las Vegas or Atlantic City for kids, with play areas for littles and louder attractions and gaming machines for older kids.
You can book a full birthday program or keep it simple. When my son was younger, I bought tickets to the toddler area in City Mall for him and his friends, let them play freely, and then we all ate at the food court.
Another mum friend did the same at Focus Mocus in East Point — I liked their play area slightly more because it includes a trampoline (in City Mall, trampolines cost extra). I’ve also attended birthdays in Ria-Ria — some reminded me of my roaring 20s in Berlin, except the floor was clean and nobody took drugs 😆
Cafes with play zones that one can book for a birthday:
Chiti (Vake)
Chiti Club (Saburtalo)
Pause Family Cafe (Vake)
Little Beetle (Saburtalo)
I celebrated my son’s second birthday in Cafe Chiti in Vake: I invited a group of mum friends with kids of the same age, ordered food for sharing, and the children happily played in the dedicated play area. There was no formal party programme, which made the vibe relaxed and perfect for toddlers. Parents could sit, chat and eat while watching the little ones play.
Little Beetle, Pause and Chiti Club do have birthday packages, but they all can be tailored to parents' and kids' wishes, so I suggest you reach out to them if you want good food and more controllable, children-led chaos rather than panic at the disco.
A quick disclaimer
I’ve attended events at the venues listed above, and places I don’t know personally are not on the list. This article reflects my experience and preferences.
I’m open to collaborations, but I share my honest opinion and always indicate if I was hosted. Many families love nightclub-style venues that offer a huge variety of programmes — I endorse them as businesses — but they’re not the right fit for my child yet, as he prefers free play and lower sensory load.
An article about outdoor birthday venues and options is in the pipeline, and I'll link it to this one once it's out.
